Chairman – Andrew Jarvis

Andrew has been a client side procurer of construction services for most of his career.   Andrew headed the Property & Asset Management team within Gloucestershire County Council for many years and presided over the County’s formation of a procurement framework which subsequently delivered £millions of savings in capital spend and introduced numerous performance efficiencies.   Andrew has recently retired from the County Council but during his final few months in November 2010, he was awarded the accolade of the Constructing Excellence National Achievers Award at a regional ceremony held in Bristol.

Secretary – Robin Copeland, Quattro Architects, Gloucester

Robin is a founder Director of Quattro Architects in Gloucester and has been committed to Constructing Excellence since its formation.

Treasurer – Geoff Major

Geoff spent many years in contracting and he has served on the CE Gloucestershire Committee since its formation.  Geoff has recently retired.
